The Osona building was selected for the 2013 Construmat Awards

The Osona building promoted by CEVASA and designed by GMG was one of the six selected by the jury for the Construmat 2013 awards out of a total of 84 construction works submitted. It consists of 84 officially protected houses for rent, premises on the ground floor and two basement floors with parking and storage rooms. The challenge of the project has been to achieve a sustainable building from three aspects: economic efficiency + energy efficiency + social efficiency. The verdict of the jury and the awarding of the prizes will be made public in an event that will take place next May 23, during the celebration of the Saló Construmat-Barcelona.
