New residential project of 70 homes in Can Colomer in Terrassa

GMG has processed the license application for the basic project of a new residential building promoted by the Sorigué Group and located in the second phase of urbanization in the Can Colomer sector of Terrassa. It is a block of 70 homes, 5 of which are protected at an agreed price, with 3 and 2 bedrooms, with large outdoor terraces, a large commercial premises, 105 parking spaces, 70 storage rooms and a communal landscaped area with swimming pool . Its surface built on ground level distributed in PB + 5 is 8,400 m2, in the basement we have a total of 4,400 m2 built on two levels. The project envisages a high degree of insulation for the building and air conditioning and sanitary hot water production systems by direct expansion aerothermia. Not only have we set out to achieve energy rating A in both CO2 emissions and primary energy consumption, but also for the building to be an NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building). To achieve this, we will equip it with community photovoltaic electricity production, so that the building is able to self-produce the electricity required by all its community services and, at the same time, sell the surplus to the electricity grid. The homes will have the same level of finishes and services as the previous promotion that Sorigué already delivered last July in the Can Colomer sector in which all the homes have already been sold.
