GMG delivers a housing block in Matadepera

GMG has made the delivery to the company Egara Recursos y Promociones, S.L. of a block of flats, car parks and storage rooms on Carrer Sant Isidre de Matadepera, this past November. The drafting of the project, the construction management and the Project Management of the building has been carried out by GMG, which has led the entire promotion process, from the initial economic study and the determination of the typology to be promoted, until the delivery of building keys to the property. The building aims to cover an unmet demand in the center of Matadepera, with homes of more than 120 m² useful, high quality finishes and equipment, with large outdoor spaces of patios and terraces. Each home has two parking spaces and two storage rooms. The whole process, which is now starting the commercialization phase, has been closed with an economic deviation of less than 2% on the initial forecasts.
