Work has begun on 67 homes in Can Colomer, Terrassa

The Sorigué Group renews its commitment to the Can Colomer sector, in Terrassa, and last September decided to start the works located at Finca no. 12 of the Partial Plan (C/Terque, 99). The lot is in the 2nd phase of the Sector’s urbanization. The project drawn up by the GMG team of architects and engineers consists of 67 homes, 1 commercial premises and 105 parking spaces with a total of 12,600m2 constructed. The development will achieve energy rating A in both CO2 emissions and primary energy consumption, and the homes will have a high level of services, the same quality standards as in Finca no. 8. Construction management will be carried out by GMG and the building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
