The new FIAC language school opens in Sabadell

Last September, GMG completed the adaptation of a new FIAC language school at Carrer Marquès de Comillas 17-18 in Sabadell. The company FIAC, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, entrusted GMG with a comprehensive service that consisted of the choice of the premises, the investment profitability study, the drafting of the executive project, the management of works, engineering, activity license and project management for the construction of the center. The work was delivered turnkey with a deadline of 10 weeks and without financial deviation. The new school has 500m² spread over two levels and a total of 10 classrooms. The project has prioritized the use of natural light, flexibility in the distribution of classrooms and energy efficiency. In this last section, low-consumption lighting, solar control of all exterior openings and an air renewal system with an enthalpy heat recuperator that will reduce electricity consumption by 30% have been provided air conditioning The school was officially inaugurated last September 27 with the presence of Sabadell’s councilor for culture.
