New alliance between GMG and IMPLICA

GMG, in the spirit of continuing to expand its portfolio of services that complement those already known: architecture, town planning, engineering and environment and citizen participation, has started a strategic alliance with IMPLICA.

IMPLICA is led by Mario Blasco, an economist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of financial and tax consultancy and with extensive knowledge in the real estate sector.

IMPLICA has two lines of activity:

• The Finance area, in which IMPLICA provides services for SMEs related to Business Viability, Investment Projects and Financing and Financial Restructuring.
• The Real Estate Management area. The services it offers are aimed at both promoters and financial entities and are linked to the Management of Allocated Assets of Financial Entities; Sheltered Housing Consultancy; Promotion of Homes in Community of Owners Regime; Integral Management of both Real Estate Projects and Real Estate Companies.

IMPLICA’s vocation is to assume the leadership of projects managed by ownership delegation, with total commitment.
