Modification of the partial Plan of Can Colomer-Torrent Mitger, Terrassa

The Terrassa City Council, on March 30, definitively approved an amendment to the Can Colomer-Torrent Mitger Partial Plan, aimed at making the execution of this sector more viable.

In this sense, the proposal – drawn up by GMG Plans i Projectes – seeks to adapt the Partial Plan to the current economic and social context, proposing a phased implementation of the sector.

In this way, the first stage of urbanization, currently under way, will be able to be completed in the middle of this year 2012, thus completing the connection between the city and the orbital motorway, developing a free space adjacent to the Poble Nou neighborhood , and allowing the construction of the first housing blocks in the sector.
