Implica is developing its activity in the management of Real Estate Awarded Assets of Financial Entities. Our services in this area begin with the negotiation between the Financial Institution and the client to optimally manage the acquisition of the asset; continue with the Control and Maintenance of the asset during ownership of the same and we also commit ourselves to the management and integral development of the asset (stopped works, land under urban management, …) to be able to improve its valuation and commercialization capacity . Our objective is to help the Financial Institution liquidate the foreclosed assets by minimizing the latent loss.
