GMG develops the executive projects of facilities for two protected residential buildings (HPO) in Cornellà de Llobregat
Last June, the GMG technical team delivered the executive projects for two sheltered housing buildings in the municipality of Cornellà de Llobregat. These buildings with 26 and 27 homes respectively, have been designed so that, beyond the regulatory compliance established by the CTE, they are model projects in terms of energy efficiency and renewable energies. In this way, for each building, the production installation of heat, cold and sanitary hot water will be carried out through a centralized aerothermic system (VRV) with individualized energy distribution and accounting but with communication via MODBUS to a consumption analysis and distribution center. Therefore, each user (housing) will pay exactly the cost of the thermal and electrical energy they have consumed from the centralized system. In addition, heat recovery systems have been designed in the production of cold, which will involve a very important saving in the production of DHW, but will also guarantee that each home can be at a different thermal regime (requesting cold or heat) according to sensitivities of the users. Finally, each building will have a photovoltaic solar energy production system (ESFV), connected directly to the thermal energy production facilities, in a clear shared self-consumption system. In this case, also with consumption monitoring and communication via MODBUS to the central. These homes confirm our intention to continue developing sustainable projects.
