The 84 homes in Vic receive a subsidy for energy efficiency

GMG has designed a building of 84 officially protected housing for rent in Vic, on Carrer Jaume Munmany corner with Carrer Pellaires, owned by the developer Cevasa-Teyco, SL.

The building has been designed with the aim of obtaining the “A” energy certificate, the maximum rating granted by the Catalan Energy Institute (ICAEN) and the annual consumption of the building is expected to be 55 kw/m²-year with generation of hot water for heating and domestic hot water (DHW) using a biomass boiler.

The building, which is currently in the structural execution phase, will also qualify for the Endesa awards for the most sustainable property development of 2011.
