GMG drafts the comprehensive reform project for the first floor of CAP Ciutat Meridiana

In the middle of the process of adapting Barcelona’s primary care centers, the ICS has trusted the technical team of GMG for the drafting and construction management of the comprehensive reform of the CAP Ciutat Meridiana. This reform, which includes the civil work and the installations, is an initial phase of the total reform of the center and therefore must include the elements that will later be used in the other phases. The commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability of the ICS and GMG will be manifested with the improvement of the external envelope and the replacement of the cold and heat production systems currently carried out by a water cooler and the production of domestic hot water made with a gas boiler, by a unique VRF direct expansion system with heat recovery and zonal regulation. At the same time, the interior lighting will be modified and all the lights will be LEDs with a DALI control with regulation according to the occupation and the level of natural light in each space.
