GMG has been commissioned to draw up the electrical, mechanical and special installation projects for the second phase of a development of 120 homes in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The project, which will have the BREEAM sustainable construction certificate, will incorporate, as a novelty, individual aerothermal systems by direct expansion for the production of cold, heat and DHW. In addition, a gray water utilization and regeneration system will be implemented for reuse in the bathrooms of each home, and a rainwater accumulation system for reuse in the irrigation of community green areas. The A/A energy certification of the project together with the BREEAM certification and the consideration of a Near Zero Energy Building (NZEB) will make this promotion an example of efficiency, sustainability and commitment to the environment that we promote in the projects from GMG.
