GMG collaborates with the Escola Sert of the College of Architects of Catalonia
Last March 22, Maria Bonet and Joan Badia, from GMG, gave a presentation in Girona on the Territorial Sectoral Housing Plan and Local Housing Plans, as part of the “Course for Municipal Architects of small municipalities 2022-2023”, organized by the Sert School and the Association of architects at the service of the local administration. In this session, the contents of the PTSH, not yet in force, and its relationship with the instruments of municipal competence in the matter of housing such as the PLH or the social reports of urban planning were presented. At the end of December, Joan Badia also collaborated with the same Escola Sert, of the College of Architects of Catalonia, with two presentations within the “Master’s degree in management of innovative real estate companies” (5th edition), on the topics of the Economic Study of a sector, and on the non-conforming and out-of-order volume situations, these at the headquarters in Barcelona. Both the first, related to the planning of housing policies, and the latter, of urban content, these are subjects in constant evolution on which there have recently been frequent regulatory changes, and therefore a continuous training and training on the part of technicians is appropriate. Hence the success of participation in this year’s sessions.
