GMG starts work on a development of 84 homes in Girona

This March, work begins on the ROGET residential building, promoted by AEDAS HOMES. The project is located in the Montilivi neighborhood and fronts Joan Coromines, Joaquim Ruyra and Plaça Ciutat de Figueres streets. It is an isolated block in the shape of a “V” and is located on consolidated urban land. The building will have a total of 15,400m2 constructed, of which 4,800m2 correspond to 2 basement floors for parking and 10,600m2 to five floors above ground (PB+4) for multi-family residential use. There will be a total of 84 homes, all with large terraces, 114 parking spaces and 84 storage rooms. The project has been designed to achieve the double A energy rating. A in consumption and A in CO2 emissions. To achieve this, the building is particularly thermally insulated and will have an aerothermia system by direct expansion for air conditioning and the production of domestic hot water. After a long tender process, the construction company Cardoner has been chosen to carry out the works and an estimated duration of 20 months is expected.
