GMG carries out the implementation of 5 Manuals of Good Energy Practices at five facilities in Barberà del Vallès

GMG, in collaboration with Tecno Energy, is developing the process of implementing Good Energy Practices Manuals at five municipal facilities in Barberà del Vallès. This implementation gives continuity to the energy optimization process started a year ago by GMG with the realization of energy and comprehensive audits.

The results of the process will be known exactly once the implementation is concluded, but the calculations made estimate that the savings that will be obtained will be between 10 and 15%.

These best practice manuals will influence the awareness of workers and equipment users of the need to use only the necessary energy and illustrate how saving energy helps to make municipal equipment economically and socially viable.

The didactic nature of the manuals will help to spread their application throughout the municipality with the clear aim of generalizing the results obtained.
