IMPLICA assumes the management of the Integral Park of Suppliers of SEAT d’Abrera

Since last July 2012, IMPLICA has been managing the SEAT d’Abrera Integrated Supplier Park (PIPS ABRERA) on behalf of the Financial Entity that acquired the site.

PIPS ABRERA is made up of a set of logistics warehouses leased to SEAT suppliers with almost 50,000 meters of leasable built surface and a five-storey office building. The complex is completely closed, has a security and surveillance service, access control throughout the year 24 hours a day and a permanent maintenance and cleaning service for the common areas.
